my twisted pear

I started drawing a pear a week ago and decided to play with different visual ideas. It has been raining so doing any plein air is out of the question for me, been there done that.
I decided to give this pear another go creating the colour by using only transparent acrylic paint.
It is coming along and this is my unfinished pear so far.

I have it in stages on my facebook page,  say yes and like.
