Another great day to live on the Gold Coast...lots of warm sunny hours.

I have been trying to get into a eating and preparing raw food..it is a great way to enjoy eating live and enjoy full energy food. BUT ..it is a huge learning curve...and trying to paint and learn new ways to prepare food..does not seem to be working for me today.

Although, I did manage to make a yummy raw pie for dinner and paint a fun painting for an art challenge, on what summer means to me.
